Our beautiful one bedroom, one bath Casita is an ideal house for someone who is building here or getting ready to move to the area, and prefers a longer term lease. This very spacious cottage features tall ceilings, fireplace, solar thermal baseboard heating, large bathroom with oversize tub, brand new kitchen with beautiful view of cactus garden, huge shaded patio, private study, and separate living room/bedroom. It comes fully furnished with beautifully handwoven Oaxacan rugs and bedspreads and an assortment of local folk art.

Also available for rent are several charming one bedroom apartments, located within our hotel.  These cozy apartments measure 600 ft inside, each with a private terraza overlooking the organic vegetable gardens. They each feature a large living room/dining room, a full kitchen, a large bedroom, a full bathroom, plenty of closet space and storage, and space heaters in the bedrooms. All apartments are modestly yet comfortably furnished with local handmade furniture, linens, and folk art.

Posada La Petaca has 11 charming rooms and 3 suites overlooking a beautiful rustic courtyard, adorned with organic garden, and horse corral. Each room has been named for a grandmother, and each has it's own personality featuring furniture and art from galleria atotonilco. Located adjacent to the hacienda, La Posada facilitates guests to celebrate in the hacienda while remaining close to rest and relaxation of their room.
