Welcome to Ex-Hacienda La Petaca! Built in 1760, this Spanish Colonial residence and hotel combines the beautiful natural countryside and the charm of the hacienda ideal for rest, relaxation and the harmony of body and spirit.

Our private Church is ideal for the most memorable weddings, baptisms, or celebrations. The property also includes an educational cooperative, recording studio and adjacent painting studio.

Our project is permaculture based. This means that we have made a life-long commitment to restoring the land, water, trees, and vegetation of our property and the surrounding region.

We believe environmental enrichment must include the participation and enrichment of its human counterparts. Education is key to the fulfillment of our project.
